Poor Light.He's being insulted even without knowing it.Once Wily-Nega have Dr Light they will be able to kill him,just as Eggman-Weil can kill Tails.It seems like Nega has the upper hand but we'll figure out how he'll be important even if Light dies

Froze water
Both y'all are wrong. Ice is less dense than water, so it floats. However, five pounds of feathers is still as heavy as five pounds of U-238.
And I'd think that Wily would be surprisingly athletic, considering all the running he does.

But yeah, frozen water is less dense, but you still have the same total mass. So for the water parts you have a slightly bigger fat man with less weight concentrated in one area. Counteracting the frozen water's lower density, though, everything not water in him is going to get denser. So he's probably around the same density overall.
Before anyone asks why he doesn't explode with contracting skin and expanding insides, it's not enough of a difference to cause that.

Just as a thought--Light-sicle would be *somewhat* heavier than normal Light, but not majorly so. You have Light's normal mass, plus the mass of the ice 'shell' that encases him.

If Dr. Eggman can run fast enough to stay ahead of Sonic long enough to get to his next Doomsday machine, then certainly Dr. Wily can carry a chubby frozen fat guy and run away too!
Games would be too easy if the villains didn't do stuff like this!
