Sonic is definitely skilled, always pulling off unlikely stunts to get to the end of the stage. Of course, you'd have to think that with luck like that, he'd have to have something pretty unlucky happen to him sometime.

Yeah. I hear its some kind of law of reality. Every time something really unlikely happens, something just as unlikely (say like Hades freezing over) must happen to balance the equation. In this case, Sonic's been so darn lucky as a hero that he just had to have something so unlucky happen to him to balance the equation. It's elementary!
