And now we found out exactly what Rouge was doing inside Bass's head. I figure Rouge probably has some experience in dealing with explosives. Surely she's set bombs herself to crack a few safes. If so, in theory she could dispose of one or two. Plus, it's not like a cranial bomb is likely to have that much of a blast radius. If she'd screwed up, Bass would be the only one who had to pay for it. And it's not like she would actually tell him what his chances were.
