And Bass continues his task of collecting the Chaos Emeralds. Shadow and Trouble are having more luck than he is, but I prefer to focus on Bass's ineptitude when it comes to the special stages.

I feel it worth mentioning that the Special Stages from the original Sonic Advance were probably my least favorite of all. I just never could seem to get into the 3D mindset on the 2D screen. At least not with gravity pulling you straight in as opposed to the edges of the tube. Fortunately, I only had to defeat each one once and I will never have to worry about them again.

First comment!
That's gotta hurt. Especially since I think Bass never had his 'special equipment' removed.

ARGH! I HATED those special stages -_- It took me freaking three months to get those emeralds, and that goes for SA 2 and 3 too, except in the later 2 games I got the first 6 in a week or so and the last emerald took forever, but SA 1 was just the most painful special stage experience ever.

@Beowolf Th:
I know he broke up, but it was never said wether or not Bass had it removed.
Therefor, I can only assume he still has it, and now it would hurt like hell.

Bass puts the "Special" in "Special Stage".

I know how hard those stages are. The SA2 ones are much easier then the other 2. SA1's stages are really hard to get a hang onto.

Bass did have his "special equipment" removed because Shadow found it in the trash.Wait, why was he looking through the trash!?!?

Hmm... Now that you mention it, I vaugely remember something along those lines.
Unfortunately, I can't remember where that was.
Tomorrow's archive searching day then.

it seems to me like you're going to do one of each game's stage, at least until all seven Emeralds are collcted. If Bass hates the connstant falling of this one, I wodner how he'd react to Sonic Heroes? But, that'd be hard...You'd need a screenshot of the stage without any characters on it.

I prefer the ones from Sonic Rush myself

Switch Sonic and Megaman and Sonic would actually be quite good at Megaman's games. Megaman on the other hand... 8l
