For those of you who were wondering, Mega Man learned how to control the Chaos Emeralds (to a certain extent) from the Gizoid. Too bad the Time Stones work a little bit differently.

The time stones turned him into a gameboy?!

Posted by midiman on Mon Jul 2nd 2007 at 7:50am
let me explain, Megaman did something good and wrong with the time stones, the thing he did good was, he went back in time. the thing bad was. instead of TRAVELLING back in time he Devolved in time....I think...into the earliest prototype of megaman (before protoman even) a gameboy

Dodododooo...Super Fighting Game Console...Mega Man!

I got that. devolution. makes sense.

...what was the prehistoric relative of the hedgehog?

Posted by Autobobby1 on Mon Jul 2nd 2007 at 10:59am
Oh no! Megaman devolved himself AND the banner!

Posted by midiman on Mon Jul 2nd 2007 at 11:02am
I don't think sonic will touch the time stones, or if he does he will propably EVOLVE instead of devolve in some kind of Mecha Sonic. and L...this conclusion of mine was so obvious, wasn't it ?

Posted by Mythril on Mon Jul 2nd 2007 at 11:23am
Yea, but if he devolves, what will he become? A computer? Or this hand-held game thing I used to have. I don't know what its called, or where it is right now. I didn't even know how to play it. I was just randomly pressing stuff.

Now, how are they gonna fix Mega Man? A Gameboy can summon powers.

Megaman's current state is the reason why you shouldn't work most things without a proper instruction manual.

Megaman didn't devolve, he reverted to the gameboy days of gaming! Its a good thing he wasn't thinking harder, or he could have turned into an NES, which is where the first 6 games came out.

Oh, I bet if anything, he's still thinking in that shell and they talk to him, and play with him, and love him and feed him batteries forEVER and EVER!
Or only that first bit.
Or maybe they can use that to control time now.
Or at least play Tetris or something.

Smooth Mega. I wonder if Sonic can wield them correctly

Last I checked, the Time Stones simply prevent someone from changing the timeline...However, it's the Past and Future signs that might be the key...
