Every time Blaze and Silver appear together, they seem to make a point of having Blaze mention that she is from another world, and having Silver mention that he is from the future. This seems to be a subtle way of saying that Blaze’s dimension is not the future, and likewise, Silver’s future is not a different dimension. As for why Eggman Nega seems to like causing trouble for the both of them has never been addressed, but there’s no reason that he couldn’t hail from the future and still like causing trouble in Blaze’s world. Heck, he seems to like causing trouble in Sonic’s time/world too, since that seems to be where he and Silver usually has to track him down.

Give me a second...Nope, Head still hurts

I think if we put all the canons in a blender, Blaze might have been sent to the other Universe when she sealed away Iblis, and Silver, her best friend (who she may not remember) uses his powers to visit her.

I think I can solve all this confusion and mess with four words: alternate timelines/universes/dimensions.

What ryan said. I belive this to be true.

I always thought them to be from an alternate dimension, that is in the future

That always interested me
If Silver is from the future. How did he know blaze

...yet another reason why Sonic 06 gives me headaches

Guys, guys. In this situation, there is only one visible option.

Also, if you try to change history, then big giant black pterodactyls appear and eat everyone. And only pure time energy can hurt them.

Brain explosions are not fun in the real world. Gimme a while to piece together what was said... and get my brain back in workin' order.

Hah, I can make sense of this.I'm so proud of myself.

Blaze doesn't remember Silver, and vice versa. My only explanation is that Sonic 06 was completely retconned from the timeline, it never happened (Which is a good thing!). How Silver apparently knows who Blaze is, I'm not sure.

I wondered about Blaze and Nega being from another dimension myself.

Posted by Awseomness on Tue Dec 7th 2010 at 7:19pm
My theory is that Blaze's dimension is 200 years ahead of Sonic's, so Eggman Nega is actually from both the future and from an alternate dimension, they're just different versions of him. In the same way, Silver only knew Blaze in the future that was overrun by lava, but not the one where she's guardian of the Sol Emeralds.

I can see Nega wanting to do away with a past Sonic for the sake of whatever occurs in his future/present. Since the alternate worlds have intersected each other at various instances, they are affected by the others timeline.

(I.E. Take the two timelines as literal lines, and draw a connecting line from any one point to the other. Unless the universe undoes it all, the interaction from the first will influence the second, and vise-versa. Usually works this way for multidimensional and time travel alike. Unless the link binding them to their 'home' somehow gets severed, a person would act as an influencing force between the two planes of being.)

So, do away with the pieces to hinder yourself THEN, and you can ride out the changes and hop-back to see the domino effect that happened on your universe (as a living paradox, if possible. But hey, we have Quint, so there's that.)

What I am really curious about is what Weil is planning. His history has shown that he never really WAS all that mentally stable anyways; nothing can be too destructive for him, which makes it such an interesting focus. Just how far is he intending to go to try and destroy his hero and history, I wonder~
(My thoughts, anyways. I 'ent the "word of God" on this matter. XD)

here's my theory: there's two blaze's, one that lives in the future and one that lives in an alternate dimension

3 reasons to hate time travel
3. Your sworn enemy can go back in time and kill you=Paradox
2. You can go back and kill your Dad=Paradox
1. You never know who your related to in the past.

@Grey_Wolf_Leader Yesterday,
Random characters *normally* form a mess. In fact they very nearly always do which is why you get the static you described. However, you could conceivably get a string of random characters that just so happen to follow the rules of grammar and produces a novel. It is just stupendously unlikely unless you give it a stupendously long time to work with. Maybe after a couple trillion years?

@Edit master
He's probably got information from hacking into nega's data banks or something.

@Nobody in particular
And you would want to g back in time to kill your dad and therefore you would never exist WHY?

Also, This arc is going to be REALLY hard to get through without me making doctor who references, so as ike would say, prepare yourself, and fight for your friends!

Someone would go back in time and kill her/his father for SCIENCE! Or more likely maybe your father was Hitler and you're willing to make the sacrifice.

It's about time to see fan media that follows the canon as it is, damn I was so tired of seeing Rush Blaze being BBF with Rivals Silver, despite of the fact that they... uh, had no idea of each other's existence that I almost gave up on fan media entirely.
