Shadowman (the ninja) can become invisible. Or it could be Phantom of the Four Guardians I do not remember what he is doing in the comic, if he is alive.

Judging by the shadow and red eyes in the smoke, my guess is that it's Omega Zero from Megaman Zero 3. But I can always be wrong. Anyway, can't wait to see what's gonna happen next, keep up the awesome work!

Unfortunately, that dosen't seem likely. Especially when it's BLUE and RED instead of GARY and ASH.
And thank the doctor for that, because the anime has gone downhill since advanced generation. And was never better than the games or manga.

Phantom was dead, last I checked, although the shadow closely resembles him. Provided thats not an eye thats glowing but the jewel on his head.
Edit: after further checking, I'm going to have to go with Green Sigma TH's guess.

Shadow Man can't actually become invisible, but its been said that he can travel through shadows. Likewise Phantom can't actually turn invisible, but appears to blind the senses of those trying to find him with an expanding shadow that absorbs light, heat, radar, and every other sensor.
The only characters that I can think of that actually becomes invisible are Sting Chameleon, Axl, Spider, and select reaverbots with cloaking devices. Wily used cloaking devices on his capsules as well as a cloaking device on one of his huge Skull Destroyers, if that counts.
Its hard to tell sometimes, because the list of Mega Man characters who can teleport in battle or move faster than the eye can follow is long, and their techniques occasionally look like invisibility (Centaur Man, Kuwanger, Magna Centipede, Sigma, Colonel, Gareth, Siarnaq, Prometheus and Pandora just to name a few).

Why is everyone assuming this character is good at hiding? The only reason he/she is hidden now is because there is a massive smoke cloud surrounding her/him.
@Aurax, I'm glad I could help you keep one of your hearts from dying, though why you would need more than one heart I do not know. Maybe the same reason Link always has so many?

Upon closer inspection of the shape shown in the smoke and the glowing red area-in-question's position, it's not hard to notice this. That red area is a gem, specifically a gem that's off position of where it should be on the chest armor. Chest armor with a helmet, both with wing-like motifs. As such, this new person is probably Copy X. Then again I could be wrong, but you never know.
